| Primary Duties: | Eastern Nebraska client has a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a Manufacturing Leader, with strong technical and management background to direct all areas of the facility! This role requires a LEADER, with team building capabilities, and a commitment to forward Lean initiatives throughout the plant, via the Lean Leadership Team. With 12 direct reports, a seasoned and effective management background is essential Client will appreciate a broad manufacturing background, but will appreciate knowledge of steel fabrication, tooling, welding, assembly, etc. This is a KEY ROLE within the company and a high visibility position. Client is VERY motivated! A Full Benefit Package accompanies a highly competitive compensation package, (base, bonuses, incentives, etc.) and relocation assistance is available. Base Salary in the lower $6 Figures! |
