Primary Duties:
Farmers is offering an exciting New Agent Program for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and vision. The new program offers:
• Base salary draw of $36,000 the first year and $48,000 the second year and $60,000 the third year -with commission incentive
• $6,000 incentive for financial services licensing
• Marketing budget
• Office space
• Support staff
• Multi-line products
• 5 year vision business plan
• The best comprehensive training in the industry
After a 12-month training program, candidates may be offered a competitive program to open your own agency in your community.
